@handbreak3 They can't ban proxies because all it? is, is a ip address out of a different country, they can put the ip addresses on ban lists but there will always be a way to find them.

@nicolascage4ever Yeah they can, that is the agenda jail and incarcerate everyone. Anybody can set up a proxy server out of there home and with the ip address get access to things in that country otherwise not accessible to you. Your provider has already done scans of the whole entire internet to? block website and they put them on a ban list, so if you try to access on your network they will say you are restricted with a proxy you can get passed it, because your using another connection.
